Inspherion Learning Launches i-Symphony Learning Platform
Software Mobilizes Classroom and Makes Paperless Learning Environment Possible.

San Francisco,California. - February 7, 2005 - Inspherion Learning Corporation announces the launch of its flagship product, i-Symphony Learning Platform at the 2005 Microsoft® Windows Anywhere - The Tablet and Mobile PC Developer Conference. i-Symphony Learning Platform leverages the Tablet PC, known for its mobility and handwriting capabilities, to give K-12 teachers and students access to all their learning related information, using a single, easy-to-use interface.

i-Symphony Learning Platform capitalizes on Microsoft .NET Framework and Smart Client technology to create a paperless learning environment for educators and students. It combines learning management, messaging, content authoring, distribution and organization, reporting and assessment, into a single software application.

Schools have traditionally faced challenges such as differences in learning styles, inadequate parental involvement, limited access to technology, and fragmented communication between teachers, students, administrators and parents.i-Symphony Learning Platform addresses these, and many other, challenges by streamlining core learning processes, automating the learning workflow, and creating paperless curriculum material. The result: Increased instruction time for teachers and more individualized attention for students.

"Inspherion i-Symphony creates an educational environment recognized as a landmark in the history of classroom learning", said Mr. Kenneth Collura, Director of Technology, Bishop Hartley High School, Diocese of Columbus-Department of Education. "Inspherion's software will redefine content delivery, workflow between students and teachers, and physical restrictions of books and paper."

"Inspherion Learning is committed to giving educators access to affordable and easy-to-use, mobile education software technology that allows them to focus on what's most important - the educational and learning needs of their students - and less on mundane activities like managing paperwork," said Ramesh Balan, President and CEO of Inspherion Learning Corporation. "Tablet PCs combined with Microsoft's Smart Client architecture provides the best platform to implement our solution."

"Microsoft is excited with the continued enthusiasm from our ISV community partners, each of which play critical roles in the development of mobile pc applications as customers increasingly seek to use their PC and access data anywhere and at anytime," said Frank Gocinski, Microsoft mobile platforms division ISV evangelist and business development manager.

Inspherion Learning products and solutions are currently being piloted by schools across the country. A limited release of Version 1.0 is currently available for trial.
