Allow parents to schedule and reschedule appointments from their desktop
The i-Symphony Learning Platform’s SignUpSheet module allows parents to electronically reserve time slots for meetings with teachers and other school staff. Teachers create a sign up sheet indicating the time slots when they are available, and publish the sheet via the i-Symphony Learning Platform. Parents are automatically notified, and can select a slot convenient to them. |

Once a sign up sheet has been published, Inspherion SignUpSheet automatically updates the sign up sheet as users reserve slots. Teachers need no longer manually keep track of appointments. As soon as a student or parent reserves a time slot, the electronic planners of teachers as well as the student or parent concerned are automatically updated with information about the scheduled meeting. If a student or parent changes his time slot, planners of all parties are once again automatically updated. |
